Congratulations to Ella Benson of rural Lawrenceville. She was selected from among four contestants as the 2025 Miss Lawrence County Fair Queen at the annual pageant Saturday night to help kick off the week-long affair.
Benson is the 19-year-old daughter of Nicholaus and Ashley Benson and will be a sophomore student at Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She spoke with GIANT-FM News after being crowned and indicated her platform as queen will include promoting agriculture and the county fair to youth in the community.
Selected as the 2025 Little Miss Lawrence County was Allie Wilcox, the daughter of Jay and April Wilcox and Charley Seitzinger, the daughter of Ryan and Lisa Seitzinger was picked as the 2025 Junior Miss Lawrence County.
The three young ladies will reign over the remainder of the fair, which runs through Saturday at the Lawrence County fairgrounds located on U.S. 50 between Bridgeport and Sumner.
