Balanced scoring and hustle helped the Plymouth Lady Pilgrims gain an NLC win over Wawasee Saturda
Lena Jones led the scoring effort with 14 points. She also had three of the team’s 10 assists on 16 made field goals in the road win over Wawasee, 45-38.
In all, six Lady Pilgrims scored five or more points. Sophie Miller, Mady Sullivan and Rylee Mann each had seven points. Miller and Mann combined for 13 rebounds.
Tynley Gantz and Alana Allen each scored five. Gantz added five steals.
Plymouth (10-9, 3-3 NLC) will host Culver Academy (12-7) Tuesday. The game can be heard on GIANT fm WTCA Sports.
