The Vincennes Police Department (VPD) has made an arrest of a suspect in the investigation of a recent rash of vehicle thefts.
Thursday, May 7th, a patrol officer spotted a 2011 Chevrolet Malibu operating in the area of Washington Avenue that matched the description of a vehicle previously reported as stolen. He was transported to the Knox County Jail and was preliminarily charged with Theft and Resisting Law Enforcement.
