Plymouth Police responded to the Red Rock Inn, 2550 N. Michigan Street, Tuesday morning, August 6th at approximately 12:30 after being made aware that Timothy Lester, 34 of Plymouth, was violating a No Trespass Order.
Lester, who has an address of the Economy Inn was previously trespassed in writing from the property by Red Rock management.
When officers were checking the area, Lester began to run to the Economy Inn. Officers were able to catch up to him and took him into custody. Timothy Lester was lodged at the Marshall County Jail for criminal trespassing.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
