An Olive Trail man was arrested on Sunday, September 15th for domestic battery and strangulation.
Marshall County Deputies responded to an unknown disturbance in the 10,000 block of Olive Trail at 12:30 Sunday morning.
Deputies responded and investigated the matter.
The boyfriend in the incident, Jonathan H. Stoller, 29, of the Olive Trail address, was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for strangulation and domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age. He is being held on a $1,500 cash bond.
