A Rochester man was arrested for his involvement in a disturbance in Marshall County.
About 10:45 p.m., the Marshall County Dispatch Center reported a suspicious male at a residence on Yarlett Street in Culver. The male was banging on the door and pushing in windows.
Marshall County deputies and Culver Police responded to the scene and encountered a male, later identified as Kristopher R. Czichilski, 46, of Rochester. Czilchilski became uncooperative with officers at the scene. During their investigation, narcotics were located.
Czichilski was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, refusal to identify, and resisting law enforcement.
