Spring is just around the corner, and that means it's time to gear up for baseball season. Registration is officially underway for the Plymouth Junior League, offering local youth the chance to hit the diamond this summer.
The league has programs available for players ranging from ages 3 to 16. Parents and guardians are encouraged to sign their children up soon, as the deadline to register is Tuesday, March 31.
The Plymouth Junior League is divided into four age-based divisions:
- T-Ball (Ages 3-5): A great introduction to the sport, the T-Ball season runs from June 1 through June 30. The registration fee is $65.
- C-League (Ages 6-9): The C-League season kicks off on May 4 and concludes on June 30. The registration fee is $100.
- B-League (Ages 10-12): Also running from May 4 through June 30, the B-League registration fee is $100.
- Pony League (Ages 13-16): For the older players, the Pony League season will take place in June and July. The registration fee is $100.
All sign-ups are being conducted online. To secure a spot on a roster, families can visit the Plymouth Junior League registration portal at https://pjlb.activesports.com/Register.
Organizers remind the community to complete their online registrations before the March 31 deadline to ensure their child is ready for opening day.
