On Sunday at approximately midnight, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department received a call about a domestic situation at the residence of 13340 Nutmeg Ridge Drive.
Marshall County Deputy Ash responded to the residence and investigated the matter. The husband in the incident, Michael L. Rash, 41, was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for strangulation, criminal confinement, domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16 years of age, and invasion of privacy. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
