In celebration of its 40th anniversary, the Putnam County Community Foundation (PCCF) is partnering with the Putnam County YMCA to host a free, family-friendly community event on Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Held at the Putnam County YMCA, the event honors four decades of philanthropy and community building.
The day will feature something for everyone, including board games, arts and crafts, a Silly Safari animal show, and previews of YMCA classes. Families can also enjoy outdoor games, a dream board activity, a scavenger hunt celebrating PCCF’s history, and enjoy lunch from local food trucks.
“This celebration is not just about PCCF’s past—it’s about our future,” said Neysa Meyer, Executive Director. “We want families, neighbors, and friends to come together and feel what we’ve always believed: there’s truly no place like Putnam County – no place like home.”
The event is free and open to the public. For more information about Community Day event, or other opportunities at the Putnam County Community Foundation, contact Sarah Stone at sstone@pcfoundation.org or call 765.653.4978.
