This sale includes:
+/- 90.97 acres of land located at the corner of Old Hospital Road and Schoolhouse Road in Johnson County, Indiana.
The property is improved with eight buildings and one structure. The improvements total 62,840 gross square feet and are situated on 65.0 developed acres.
The remaining 25.97 acres on the west side of the property is forested.
The condition of the property is not warranted.
The auction opened on March 10. Interested bidders are required to register in advance and submit a $20,000 registration deposit.
The starting bid is $100,000 with bid increments are $10,000. Bidding ends June 10.
Site inspections will be offered to registered bidders by appointment only.
