
The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will consider several requests during its meeting tonight at 6 p.m.
There is a request for a 25 MPH Speed Limit in Centennial Crossings and a request from Jerry Haeck to discuss the fine the city imposed on his rental property at 516 Pennsylvania Avenue. The Board will consider a request for a dumpster placement at 520 East Garro Street and a request to close Michigan Street for the Annual Lighted Holiday Parade.
The city attorney will present a proposed partnership agreement with Future Habitat and the resolution establishing the Trick-or-Treat date and time for the 2025 Halloween Holiday.
The Plymouth Common Council meeting follows at 6:30 with the second and third readings of an ordinance for appropriations and tax rates for 2026. There is also an ordinance fixing salaries for the elected officials.
Members of the City Council will discuss updates to the ADA Transition Plan and consider a resolution authorizing the clerk to transfer funds from the Rainy-Day Fund to the Unsafe Building Fund and a resolution declaring certain real estate to be within an economic revitalization area for American Containers.
The council’s agenda also includes an update on ONE Marshall County and the Comprehensive Plan.
