Multi-agency drug raid in Plymouth leads to two arrests, seizure of cocaine, stolen firearms

A months-long investigation culminated Thursday in a multi-agency drug raid at a Plymouth residence, resulting in two arrests and the seizure of suspected cocaine, cash, and stolen firearms.

On March 5, the Marshall County Drug Task Force, assisted by the Indiana State Police, Plymouth Police Department, Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), executed a search warrant at 225 Franklin Street.

According to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office, officers knocked and announced their presence before deploying flashbangs and forcing entry through the front door. Inside, authorities located two adults, identified as Liliam Murillo and Norberto Pagan, along with a juvenile.

During a search of the home, officers seized $1,322 in cash and 17.9 grams of suspected cocaine packaged in individual baggies. Investigators also recovered a .38 caliber Taurus revolver and two additional handguns that had been reported stolen in September 2025, as well as a suspected fraudulent Social Security card.

The raid was the result of an investigation that began in July 2025.

"Yesterday’s search warrant is the result of outstanding collaboration among our law enforcement partners," said Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Nicholas Langowski. "When agencies share information, resources, and expertise, they strengthen the integrity of an investigation and help ensure that the law is enforced fairly and effectively. This coordinated effort reflects our collective commitment to public safety and the rule of law."

Murillo is currently being held on charges of Dealing in Cocaine as a Level 2 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony, Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 6 Felony, Theft of a Firearm as a Level 5 Felony, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by an Illegal Alien as a Level 6 Felony, and Possession of a False Government Identification as a Class A Misdemeanor.

Pagan faces charges of Dealing in Cocaine as a Level 2 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony, Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 6 Felony, and Theft of a Firearm as a Level 5 Felony.

Both Murillo and Pagan are being held on $250,000 cash bonds.
