A Bremen driver was arrested in Plymouth Sunday evening at about 6:30 for making a left turn at a red light at Garro and Michigan Streets.
Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department stopped 34-year-old Celvine Martinez Avilez of North Washington Street in Bremen.
The vehicle pulled over on Michigan Street south of LaPorte Street, and it was determined that Martinez-Avilez had never had a driver's license. He was arrested and transported to Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for operating without a license.
