Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Walmart, 2505 N. Oak Drive, on Wednesday, just after 8 p.m., for a public disturbance.

The caller told Central Dispatch that a male subject was in the back of the store, intoxicated, causing a disturbance, and wearing a hot-pink sweatshirt.

Officer Fisher found the male subject at the front of the store, with management behind the service desk, speaking with staff. When the officer contacted the male, he advised the officer that he was intoxicated and was there to buy headphones to play video games with his son.

The male was identified as Damion Stewart, 22, of Knox. Stewart was placed under arrest for public intoxication and disorderly conduct and held on a $250 cash bond.
