Knauf Insulation, Inc. now serves as an official corporate supporter of the American Lung Association, bringing together two organizations with a shared commitment to supporting healthier indoor environments.
Knauf’s announcement of its new partnership with the American Lung Association coincides with National Indoor Air Quality Awareness Month, held each October to raise awareness about the connection between healthier indoor air and healthier lives.
Through this partnership, Knauf and the American Lung Association will highlight the importance of healthier indoor spaces with a focus on providing information about the ways that proper building practices and material choices can improve indoor air quality.
People spend nearly 90% of their time indoors, underscoring the importance of air inside buildings such as homes, schools, and workplaces, ultimately playing a critical role in overall wellbeing.
