The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Ildefonso R. Mendez-Ramirez, 37, 612 Jefferson St., Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on a preliminary charge of public intoxication. He was taken into custody by city police at Main and Sixth streets and later released on his own recognizance.

• Rhonda R. Golleher, 49, 3209 E. 400 North, Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging her with dealing in methamphetamine. She was taken into custody at home and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

• Jack A. Hackworth, 44, 3308 18B Road, Tippecanoe, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator and driving without insurance with a prior insurance suspension. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at Paradise Auto & Truck Plaza, 486 S. 50 East, Rochester, and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.

• Juan T. Hernandez, 32, Warsaw, was arrested Wednesday on a preliminary charge of driving without ever obtaining a license. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at State Road 25 and Fourth Street and later released on his own recognizance.

• Franklin Keitzer, 73, 1529 College Ave., Rochester, was arrested Wednesday on preliminary charges of residential entry and burglary. He was taken into custody by city police after allegedly entering a neighboring residence at 1527 College Ave. without permission. He was held on a $10,000 surety or $3,000 cash bond.

• Joseph L. Oliver III, 50, 3209 E. 400 North, Rochester, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with dealing in methamphetamine. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held on a $50,000 surety bond.
