A Hancock County man will be sentenced this month for attacking two people outside of New Palestine's Y-Not Pizza .
In a three day trial, Chris Quillen was found guilty of criminal confinement, battery resulting in bodily injury and battery.
Prosecutors claim the fight with Quillen and two other people took place about 1 a.m. on June 30, 2024. Quillen was charged with having knocked down one victim and pinned him to the ground and pushed a second when he tried to intervene. By the time officers arrived a group of people at the scene were trying to break up the incident.
Sentencing is scheduled for September 17.
