The community of Waldron will benefit after Shelby County Commissioners opened bids on two upcoming bridge projects.
Commissioner Nathan Runnebohm says the bids for the projects came in well under original engineer estimates.
Runnebohm says the funds left over will now be used for improvements in Waldron.
