On Wednesday, September 11, at approximately 9:30 PM, a Marshall County Sheriff's Department K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle in the 800 block of Lincolnway East in Plymouth. The driver of the vehicle was identified as 42-year-old Johnny Frame III, 42, of Warsaw.
During the traffic stop, K-9 Diesel conducted an open-air sniff around the vehicle and alerted to the presence of narcotic odors emitting from the vehicle.
Suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were located, and Frame was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
