A Marshall County Sheriff’s Department deputy conducted a traffic stop late Sunday night in the area of U.S. 30 and Fir Road.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as 31-year-old Gregory Cook III. He was found to be driving with a license status as a Habitual Traffic Violator and outside of his special driving conditions.
Cook was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for violation of his driving conditions. He was held on a $100 cash bond.
