A Coatsville man is in custody after a pursuit with a stolen vehicle Tuesday.
Just after 4 pm, Columbus Police were alerted to a stolen vehicle by a Flock Safety camera. Officers found the Kia Soul that had been reported stolen in Greencastle the day before.

Officers then set up a perimeter and were able to safely take the driver and two passengers into custody.
The driver was identified as Dylan Peach, 18. He was taken to the Bartholomew County Jail and arrested for the preliminary charges of:
• Theft of a motor vehicle, a level 6 felony
• Resisting law enforcement in a vehicle, a level 6 felony
• Operating a vehicle without obtaining a license, a C misdemeanor
The two passengers were juveniles and released to their parents.
