CLAY COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) - A Clay County warrant resulted in a speedy arrest last week. The Clay County Sheriff's issued and conducted an arrest warrant made out to 33-year-old Nicholas Bennet of Brazil. Bennett was arrested, soon after the warrant was issued, from his home._x000D_ _x000D_ Upon entry to the home, multiple reportedly stolen items were found to be in possession of Bennett who now faces charges for possession of Methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, marijuana possession, and possession of paraphernalia.
