Tuesday morning, Corporal Ben McIntyre with the Plymouth Police Department was informed that Catherine Barnhart may have an active arrest warrant while he was on patrol.
The officer verified that Barnhart had an active warrant for Failure to Appear out of St. Joseph County and took her into custody without incident. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail to await transport to St. Joseph County.
