The Lawrenceville-Red Hill wrestling Indians finished second in the Class 1A regional tournament held at Lawrenceville Saturday.
Oakwood (Fithian) won the team title with 238 points in the 11 team field with the hosts second with 163 1/2, Toledo (Cumberland) third with 140 and Fairfield fourth with 123 1/2.
Seven Lawrence County grapplers advance to the Carterville sectional by virtue of their weight class finishs.
Kyler Guercio (2nd) at 106, Drew Seitzinger (3rd) at 120, Dylan Aten (2nd) at 132, Cale Seitzinger (3rd) at 138, Hudson Meek (1st) at 144, Daniel Kiser (2nd) at 150 and Malikye Williams (2nd) at 190 will move on.
