After Sunday’s postseason draw for the 59th Annual Indiana High School Athletic Association’s Boys Tennis State Tournament, the best team in the Mid-Hoosier Conference will face the best team in the Hoosier Legends Conference in the Shelbyville Sectional opener Wednesday at Shelbyville High School.
The winner advances to Thursday’s semifinal round to face the host Golden Bears.
In the other semifinal Thursday, Morristown will battle Southwestern.

The sectional championship match is scheduled for Friday at Shelbyville.
Triton Central (14-6) defeated Morristown, 5-0, in the Shelby County Tournament semifinal round before falling to the Mohawks (8-3).
Shelbyville (17-5) opened the 2025 season with a 3-2 win over Triton Central and defeated Waldron, 4-1, on Aug. 25.
The sectional champion will advance to the Center Grove Regional on Oct. 7 to face the winner of the Perry Meridian Sectional in one semifinal contest. The other semifinal will have the Center Grove Sectional winner taking on the Connersville Sectional winner.
