The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the Denver Nuggets 115-70 in Thursday’s Game 6 at Target Center. The series is now tied 3-3, to force the decisive Game 7 in Denver.
Anthony Edwards led the Wolves with 27 points, four assists, four rebounds and three steals, while Jaden McDaniels had 21 points and Karl-Anthony Towns added 10 points, 13 rebounds and five assists.
The Nuggets’ Nikola Jokić had a strong showing with 22 points and nine rebounds, but Jamal Murray went just 4-of-18 from the field, resulting in the loss.
Game 7 is scheduled for Sunday in Denver, time TBD.
