Good luck for Lawrenceville-Red Hill Lady Indian wrestler Delaney Ledbetter. She is in Bloomington this weekend for the two day Illinois High School Association (IHSA) Girls Individual State Wrestling Finals at Grossinger Motors Arena. The freshman qualified for the state finals with a fourth place finish in the 110 pound weight class at the Peoria Richwoods Sectional two weeks ago. Ledbetter is 20-17 on the season and has a tough matchup in her opening round Friday against senior Eliana Paramo from Joliet (Central) who is 34-3. The first round begins Friday morning and the quarterfinals and wrestlebacks are Friday afternoon with the championship semi-finals Saturday morning at 9 a.m. and the championship matches at 2 p.m.
