Congratulations to the Red Hill Lady Basketball Salukis.
They finally have their first win of the season as they beat Wayne City 51-34 in the opening game of the Midland Trail Conference (MTC) Girls Tournament Monday at Webber High School in Bluford.
The squad was led by Caitlee Gray with 24 points.
The Lady Salukis then lost to top seed Woodlawn 52-17 in the semifinals to fall to 1-10 on the season
In the other semifinal, Sandoval beat host Webber 28-20.
The Lady Salukis will play for third place Wednesday at 6 p.m. against Webber and Woodlawn will face Sandoval for the title immediately following.
