The Red Hill Junior High basketball Salukis lost two games Monday in Bridgeport to visiting Newton (Jasper County).
The 7th grade were edged 27-26 with Lane Thacker scoring 17 points while the 8th grade lost 53-38 with Bowen Hixon leading the scoring with 19 points and Owen Dowty adding 11.
The squads are back in action Thursday traveling to Vincennes Rivet.
