Good news from the National Weather Service.
They have now rescinded the Flood Warning for the Wabash River at Vincennes.
The river was measured Thursday April 17th at 15.39 feet, below it's 16 foot flood stage.
It fell below flood late Wednesday evening and is forecast to continue a slow, steady fall.
The Wabash had been above flood for the last two weeks due to heavy rainfall in the upper river basin running into local rivers causing downstream levels to rise.
Those traveling in flooded areas should still be vigilant for standing water over roads and road washouts.
