A single vehicle accident on Friday evening around 8 p.m., resulted in the arrest of a female on multiple charges, including neglect of a dependent.
Officers with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Jefferson and Fifth Street for a single-vehicle accident.
During the investigation, it was determined that Amahirani Vargas, 31, of W. Jefferson Street in Plymouth, was intoxicated.
Vargas was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated, neglect of a dependent, and operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license.
