Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop reports three people were given prison terms during recent appearances in Lawrence County Circuit Court.
27-year-old Briana Stifle of Lawrenceville was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, a Class 3 Illinois Felony and was sentenced to 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) to be followed by 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
42-year-old Bradley Heath of Lawrenceville was charged with Residential Burglary, a Class 3 Illinois Felony offense and was handed 5 years in the IDOC to be followed up by 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
26-year-old William Lee was a former inmate at the Lawrence Correctional Facility in Sumner and was charged with Criminal Damage to Government Supported Property, which is a Class 4 Illinois Felony. He was given 1 year back with the IDOC to be followed by 6 months of mandatory supervised release.
