The Indiana State Police have continued to investigate the December 2012 break in and Murder of Sullivan County resident Lowell Badger.
A suspect in the case has been arrested and after six days of presenting evidence a Sullivan County Grand Jury has indicted William Ray Grimes. Grimes was indicted for Murder, a class A Felony, Burglary a Class A Felony and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, a Class A Felony. This is the beginning of the case against Grimes.
