Authorities in the area are continuing to search for the suspects in an early morning armed robbery Tuesday in Daviess County, Indiana.
Washington Police report that two male subjects entered the Marathon Gas Station located at 409 West National Highway between 2 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. with one of them displaying a handgun.
Both took items from the store and then fled on foot west and are believed to have continued north across West National Highway. No one was hurt in the incident and the amount stolen was not immediately given.
Police are currently viewing video footage taken in the location in an effort to identify the perpetrators. Anyone with information is asked to contact their nearest law enforcement agency or Washington Police at (812)-254-1060.
