She was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the warrant and a new charge of Driving While Suspended. McDonald's was given a court date of September 23 and a $500 cash bond.
Friday afternoon, August 22nd, just before 1 p.m., Plymouth Police Chief John Weir was following a vehicle that was being driven by a person he knew who had a warrant out of Tipton County.
The chief conducted a traffic stop at Water and Adams Street and confirmed the warrant. 30-year-old Cody Klimaszewski of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail, where he was booked for a warrant.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
