Officers with the Plymouth Police Department arrested an individual on warrants this weekend at the Economy Inn and Pilgrim Manor.
On Friday afternoon, May 23rd, at about 2:40, Plymouth Police responded to the Economy Inn for a female who had been in the area but did not have a room to stay in. Officer Thornton discovered the female, Ceara Conner, 24, of Hanover, PA, had an active warrant for her arrest. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for the warrant.
Sunday afternoon, May 25, an officer with the Plymouth Police Department was notified that 56-year-old Chadwick, Anthony of Plymouth, was at Pilgrim Manor on Parkview Street, and had an active warrant for his arrest. Chadwick was located inside the building and taken into custody. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for his warrant.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
