Officer Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop for an expired license plate and brake lights that were out. The traffic stop happened on Saturday, February 25th at 12:50 in the afternoon at Michigan and Adams Streets.
While speaking with the drive, 50-year-old Pedro Rodriguez-Lanza of Mishawaka it was found that he never possessed a driver’s license. Running his information through the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Officer Weir found that he was suspended on an Indiana ID card.
Pedro Rodriquez-Lanza was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating Without Every Receiving a License and Driving While Suspended with a Prior within 10 years.
