First, it was the Grimace Shake; then, came the "Shammy Slammy" – and now, McDonald’s is introducing its next viral-worthy sweet treat: the Grandma McFlurry®.
McDonald’s is the place to make memories with grandma. From treating her grandkids to impromptu soft serve to letting them have dessert first – she always knows how to make people feel special. So, starting May 21, McDonald’s is inviting fans to celebrate grandma and recreate those cherished memories with the Grandma McFlurry®.
The Grandma McFlurry® features a blend of smooth syrup and crunchy candy pieces reminiscent of the treats she tucked away in her purse. It’s crafted with McDonald’s signature creamy vanilla soft serve.
Fans can continue the celebration and connect with grandma this summer with sweet song covers. Since music connects generations, McDonald’s is partnering with artist Remi Wolf to remake the classic hit song, “How Sweet It Is,” and Latin urban artist Jay Wheeler to recreate the iconic song, “Piel Canela.”
The Grandma McFlurry® is only available at participating McDonald’s restaurant for a limited time while supplies last. It can be ordered at your nearest McDonald’s restaurant at the counter, in the drive-thru or in the McDonald’s mobile app.
