A local man was arrested Tuesday by the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department (LCSD) after an alleged incident with a youth.
Taken into custody was 32-year-old Joshua Pheffer of Bridgeport. He was preliminarily charged with Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
No other details in the case were revealed as the investigation continues. Pheffer was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there on the charge pending a detention hearing.
