Two people were charged after their weekend arrests by authorities in Lawrence County.
20-year-old Lily Cambron of rural Vincennes was arrested after a traffic stop Saturday by Lawrenceville Police. She was charged with Speeding (26-30 mph above speed limit), Improper Lane Usage, Driving While Intoxicated (Alcohol) and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a Minor. She was taken to the Lawrence County Jail in Lawrenceville and was later released with a notice to appear in court.
The Lawrence County Sheriff's Department (LCSD) Sunday took 62-year-old Bill Harkrader of rural Sumner into custody after being involved in an accident. He was preliminarily charged with Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident and Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol). He was transported to the Lawrence County Jail and later released with a notice to appear in court.
