Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at LaPorte and Center Streets Friday, March 29th at about 6:30 in the evening on a vehicle that disregarded a stop sign.
During the traffic stop, the officer determined that the driver, Jonny Zuniga-Lanza, 36, of LaPaz had never been issued a driver's license.
Zuniga-Lanza was taken into custody and transported to Marshall County Jail and booked in for operator never license. He was given a court date and cash bond that was paid within 30 minutes and he was released.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
