A Knox man was arrested in the early morning hours of Saturday, June 20th, after a Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop in a residential area of Plymouth.
Paul B. Arnett Jr., 54, was stopped near the intersection of Tuxedo Drive and Squire Drive at approximately 2:01 a.m. Saturday. Following the stop, Arnett was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on three charges: operating while intoxicated involving a controlled substance, operating while intoxicated — endangering, and resisting law enforcement.
His cash bond was set at $1,500.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Deputy Bragg made the arrest.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
