The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says credible tips from the public led to the finding of a missing 14-year-old.
A tip late Sunday evening took investigators to the Indianapolis area. With the assistance of the Indianapolis Metropolitcan Police, Kairi Maier was found safely.
No other information about her whereabouts has been released.
Kairi Maier’s disappearance became the focus of a statewide Silver Alert.
She had last been seen in Galveston, Indiana, on September 29, at 3:30 a.m.
