The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Vernon D. Chessor Jr., 53, Knox, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was picked up at the Starke County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.

• Brian C. Poliquin, 52, 203 Northgate Circle, Rochester, was arrested just after midnight Thursday on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass. He was taken into custody by city police at Super 8, 209 McDonald Drive, after being issued a no trespassing warning earlier in the evening. The prior incident involved a civil dispute, with Poliquin reportedly wanting to remove belongings from a room that was not booked in his name. Police were additionally advised that a knife was involved. He is held without bond.
