The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Harry D. Bobb, 37, 4846 E. Wood Lane, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant issued out of Marshall County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home to await extradition.
• Jill A. Reabe, 24, 201 Jefferson St., Apt. 305, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving while intoxicated. She was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and State Road 110 and later released on her own recognizance.
• Kale G. Westerhoff Sr., 67, reportedly homeless, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. He was taken into custody at the probation office and held without bond.
