Jerry Liston President of the Indiana Volunteer Firefighters Association (IVFA) honored William Garner with a 75-year award from the Indiana Volunteer Firefighter Association.
A ceremony was held at the Hanna Township Fire Station Saturday to honor Garner for his years of service to the fire association. Garner is only the third firefighter in the State of Indiana to be recognized with a 75-year award.
