An Elkhart man was arrested by Plymouth Police on Monday, August 12th for driving without a license and on a suspended identification card.
At approximately 8:20 pm, Corporal Schieber conducted a traffic stop on U.S. 30 near Pioneer Drive for a speeding and registration violation.
The driver, 60-year-old Enrique Rodriguez-Vargas of Elkhart was found to have a suspended-infraction identification card, however, had never been issued a driver’s license. The vehicle was registered to him and was also suspended.
Rodriguez-Vargas was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for misdemeanor operator never licensed with a prior and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration.
Rodriguez-Vargas was released on a cash bond at 10:35 Monday night.
