A Plymouth man is behind bars in the Marshall County Jail with a $7,000 cash bond.
30-year-old Sean Allan Critchlow of West Lake Avenue in Plymouth was arrested on felony warrants Monday morning at 11:45.
The felony warrant is for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle with damage to the steering column, theft from a building as a prior unrelated conviction, and counterfeiting/forgery. Critchlow also has a felony failure to appear and two failures to appear warrants on misdemeanor charges.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
