Deputy Hubbard with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a vehicle Saturday morning just before 2 a.m. in the area of State Road 17 and 14th Road.
The driver, 52-year-old Margaret Nixon of South Michigan Street in Plymouth, was booked into the Marshall County Jail for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Nixon was held on a $1,500 cash bond until about 11:30 a.m. Saturday, when her bond was posted and she was released.
