Cited
• A driver was cited with possession of marijuana after a police dog alerted to the presence of drugs during a traffic stop around 2:30 a.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Main Street.
Fraud
• At 11:32 a.m. Thursday, police received a report of fraud against a customer of Rent-A-Center, 131 Rochester Plaza.
Trash complaint
• At 11:36 a.m. Thursday, police received a complaint that a woman in a white Chevrolet Malibu has been putting trash in a dumpster at Wilson Fertilizer & Grain, 408 E. Ninth St.
Fight
• At 4:43 p.m. Thursday, a woman reported that another woman at 2145 Heritage Drive would not let her leave. Police records indicate that one woman left prior to officers' arrival and another had visible injuries.
Extra patrol
• At 9 p.m. Thursday, police received a report that a man was hanging around outside a house in the 400 block of East 14th Street, yelling and calling people names, in violation of a protective order. Extra patrol was to be provided.
• At 9:27 p.m. Thursday, a manager of Arby's, 2020 Main St., reported finding open bobby pins outside the front door of the restaurant. It was additionally reported that an individual has recently been observed walking around the parking lot of Peace Tree Plaza after the restaurant closes. Extra patrol was requested as a result.
